We offer Freediving courses from the most recognised Freediving organisation AIDA. These start from a simple one day introduction to a more comprehensive 4 star course, similar to the PADI Divemaster programme for SCUBA diving

AIDA * Freediver Course (2 days)

A real introduction to Freediving for those who have never really skin dived or snorkelled before. Day 1 is in the classroom learning some dive theory with the afternoon in the pool practising breath-holding and swimming underwater. Day 2 sees you utilise these skills out in the beautiful Andaman Sea.

AIDA ** Course (3 days)

For those individuals who are avid SCUBA divers and confident swimmers, the AIDA ** course is the right start for you, similar in design to the PADI Open Water Course, these Freediving Course takes you through the basics of Freediving.

With Theory and Pool on day 1 and Sea diving on days 2 and 3, we are looking for breath-holds of in excess of 2 minutes on this course and diving to depths of over 16m.

AIDA *** Course ( 3days)

Once you have completed the AIDA ** Course, your next step is the *** Course, this allows you to perfect your breath-hold ability and your finning techniques to see you excel past your personal bests.

Theory is also expanded on day 1 with sea on days 2 and 3.
