Our first freediving student of the season

Jim, our lovely freediving instructor, took his first student of the season to Koh Haa and took a little video of her swimming through the caves.

She looks pretty comfortable doesn't she?

The Iranians are challenging the Malays

Our Iranian team just doubled in size with the addition of the lovely Neda Mokhtari.

Introducing Michelle Ooi

One more for the competition, and this time from Singapore, we could have a real Asia Pacific Internal Competition here. I asked Michelle to tell us a little about herself, this is what she wrote:


"I'm Singaporean, studying in Queensland Australia, I took a freediving course in march and have been hooked since! haven't been able to train much, but just looking forward to having fun and meeting other freedivers at the competition!"

Malaysia Setting the Bar!

Our lovely Malaysian friends are busy preparing for the competition in February and so we are hoping that some other countries will have enough entrants to compete against them, so that we can add a new country competition this year.

Our Malaysian Record holder coming to the competition

We are so pleased that Azam has confirmed that he will be joining us again this year. Last year Azam set the Malay records, so we look forward to him and his fellow Malay friends looking to beat them.
